Relieve Tension
Releasing tension in the poll and neck is one of the most effective ways to improve your horse’s comfort and overall well-being. Tension in these areas can keep your horse in a state of bracing and discomfort, as they are closely connected to how stress is held in the body. By addressing restriction through targeted bodywork, you help your horse release guarding patterns and begin to carry themselves with better balance.
Enhance Performance
The poll and neck play a critical role in balance, coordination, and overall performance. When mobility is restored in these areas, it allows for improved alignment throughout the body, more efficient movement, and greater responsiveness to aids. The result is a horse that can perform with more precision and less resistance.
Audio Guides
